It is becoming hard to count how many 19 year-olds in SUVs I've been behind in the last couple weeks driving 15mph under the limit, peering over their steering wheel, stopping randomly in the middle of the road or making right turns from the left lane.
If you don't know where you're going, buy a map.
If you have a map, pull over to the side of the road and consult it.
If you see your turn and you're not in a position to make it, keep driving until the next convenient turn-around point and circle back.

08/04/2008 - I concur, however I would ammend this, and also go after old people and anyone from out of town, Docotor\'s wives (on their cell phone, too important to follow the rules), and I\'m probably missing a few others too.
