You said you didn't have change.
I check my wallet and see I don't have much cash either. I need cash back so I start to leave your lane (I even said out loud I don't have enough cash) when you ask if I'm paying with credit/debit. I say yes and you say, "I can take you here. I didn't want you paying with cash because I don't have any change."
So at this point I'm thinking you meant you didn't have any COIN change not zero cash period. So imagine my surprise when you throw your hand up in the air after I select the option of cash back.
You're pissed so I tell you to forget about the cash back and apologize twice claiming I'm the one who had a brain fart. You ignore my apologies, open your drawer, AND PULL OUT THE CASH!
If I'm paying with a card, what did you think I meant when I said I don't have enough cash on me? And even if you didn't hear me you did have money in your drawer so why pitch a fit?

07/19/2008 - Please tell us the name of the store. It was Wal-Mart wasn't it? All Wal-Mart cashiers are all in bad moods. It's a good thing their prices are so cheap because their service/cashiers straight up suck.07/22/2008 - On the one hand, she may not have had enough cash to start taking cash customers, but could take a quick card customer (or something like that).
